REAL ESTATE TAXes
The Tax Collector is responsible for collecting Township and County Real Estate Taxes (not School Taxes). Township and County Real Estate tax bills are mailed around March 1st. Tax Rates: County-9.013000, Township-6.9596 Mills
Discount Period: March 1 – April 30
Flat Period: May 1 – June 30
Penalty Period: July 1 to December 31
Tax bill copy is required with the payment.
Check or money order payments only – no cash.
